Description
Ramp Mats
Specifically developed to withstand the heavy wear on horse box and trailer ramps, the M11 ramp mat is moulded with grip lines across its surface, interspersed with large integral bars so that it presents a non-slip footing. Slippery wood cross battens are eliminated.
Great horse box and trailer ramp mats
These horse box and trailer ramp mats are 2.13m long x 1.22m wide (7’ x 4’). A join running up the centre being safer than across the ramp as hooves cannot slip under the join. Horse box ramps require two.
The mat also muffles the hoof thumps that unsettle horses on ramps. It is very easy to sweep and hose off dirt and mud.
The mat has a long and productive life. Since the underside is flat it can be fixed by screws through the bars. We recommend our self tapping screws R8. Whilst not advisable, they can be stuck down.
As each mat weighs around 50lbs (23kgs) it is essential to have spring or hydraulic ramp assistance.
