Payment & Returns
Title to the goods will remain with the company until settlement has been made in full.
The company reserves the right to alter prices and or specifications without prior notice.
We abide scrupulously by the Sale of Goods Act 1979, which also means we make every endeavor to describe the goods as accurately as possible, and make no unproven claims about the attributes of any products.
We will accept the return of goods provided we are notified within seven days of receipt, and so long as they have not been used or damaged in any way. The cost of returning the goods will be your responsibility. Deductions will be made for any damage or defacement of any items. You will be credited for the goods but not for the original delivery charges.
On the mats, ties and barrows we offer a guarantee against faulty workmanship, but not against wear or any faults that may manifest after some year’s use, as the way they are used and maintained is out of our control.
With the cleaning fluid we automatically replace any damaged in transit with no delivery cost.
The fencing is a complete system and, provided the system has been correctly installed and maintained, we offer a guarantee against faulty workmanship. In certain abnormal circumstances we offer free tape replacement up to ten years from purchase. The use of any components in the installation other than those designed by ourselves automatically negates any implied or written guarantee.
The warranty does not apply for acts of God (lightning or falling trees), and acts of man (violent animal contact, machinery or machinery exhausts).
Delivery Information
Our deliveries are made via standard post, Tuffnells or Palletways.
We process orders on the same day during the hours of 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank and national holidays). Unless requested otherwise, orders placed before 12am will be dispatched the same day.
Normal delivery time is one to two working days, although the majority of orders are received overnight. However, we do advise you to place your order at least two working days before you need it delivered. Heavier items of more than 80kg are dispatched on a pallet and can take two to three working days. Delivery to Island and Highland areas will take longer.
Please note that these times do not apply to Bank Holidays.
Cost
Delivery costs apply to mainland UK when you order online. This does not include the Isle of Wight.
They do not apply to offshore islands, Northern or Southern Ireland and will require a quotation, please check before placing your order.
Should you live outside the UK mainland, or require next working day delivery, please contact us for a quotation.
Receiving your Goods
Please note that orders require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to sign for it, the carrier will leave a card giving contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time for redelivery.
If it is difficult to have someone available to receive the parcel, we can deliver to a neighbour or another specified address. Please leave details in the Delivery Instruction box on the order page.
We can also leave a delivery in a safe place without a signature if you specifically instruct us to do so, but please note that we will not be liable if the goods go missing, as our insurance is invalid in these circumstances.
Before you sign for the delivery, please check that you have received the correct goods as specified on the accompanying delivery sheet, and that there is no obvious damage. Should the delivery be damaged in any way please ensure you sign for it as such and notify us immediately.
Late or Lost Deliveries
If your delivery is late, please contact us either by email or phone – generally we would consider a delivery to be lost if it does not arrive within five working days – and we will then endeavor to track it down.
